France: 400 refugees evicted from makeshift camp in Nantes

I am happy today.» Riot police oversaw the dismantling of a makeshift refugee camp on Jean-Baptiste Daviais square in Nantes on Monday, which resulted in the eviction of around 400 refugees. The camp was reportedly set up in May, growing in size ever... Еще since and reaching slightly under 280 tents by the time of its tearing down. As seen in the footage, the refugees queued in front of an office at a municipal hall, where their identities were established, before authorities decide case-by-case whether they can be sheltered in France.
