Fossils of very last dinosaurs on Earth discovered in Argentina

Bernardino Rivadavia Museum of Natural Science (MACN) exposed fossils believed tohave belonged to the very last dinosaurs on planet in its 'End of the world dinosaurs' exhibition in Buenos Aires, as seen in footage filmed on Tuesday. The remains of species called Nullotitan glacialis and Isasicursor santacrucensis were discovered by the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research... Еще (CONICET) near the town of El Calafate in Southern Patagonia. The CONICET and MACN scientist Federico Agnolin shared his excitement about the team's finding, stressing that it is a «about 70 or 65 million years old, that is, just before it happens the great extinction that made the big dinosaurs disappear.» Agnolin explained that other important discoveries were made, such as «remains of birds, mammals, small snails and tiny organisms, even pollen», allowing, according to the expert, to have «some kind of a photograph of the environment at that time».
