Drink your money away with edible-diamond adorned £100 cocktail

A cocktail doused in gold sprinkles and topped by edible diamonds is on sale for £100 (€113/ $140) at the World War 2 era-inspired The Bletchley bar in Chelsea, London. The lavish concoction, called 'King George VI,' is gin-based and heartened by three different liquors. The alcoholic mix is complemented by a combination of fresh lemon juice and bitter lemon and infused with berries, hibiscus... Еще tea, lemon and orange peel. After being chilled using dry ice, the delicacy is loaded with mascarpone foam, gold chocolates, edible diamonds, and caramel. Gold leaves and gold sprinkles add a glitzy finishing touch. The King George VI takes more than half an hour to make. «I don't think that's so expensive,» The Bletchley General Manager Roland Mandoki said about King George VI's price-tag. «For people to have a complete experience about what is modern, what is going on now in hospitality, this is a good cocktail for them.»
