Cuba: Castro to head commission for updating Cuban constitution

Cuba's National Assembly held an extraordinary session in Havana on Saturday, to form a commission charged with updating the Cuban constitution. The assembly chose unanimously former President Raul Castro to head the 33-member commission that will issue changes to the constitution which was adopted in 1976. The commission will prepare a draft which will then be discussed before the assembly... Еще and then be submitted to a referendum.
