Dozens of women protested in front of the Canton Norte military base in Bogota on Monday against the alleged rape of an indigenous teenager by seven Colombian soldiers.
The protesters chanted slogans in front of the facility, guarded by riot police, demanding justice.
Canton Norte is a military complex that includes the Army Cavalry School, the Infantry School and other units.
The rape of an Embera teenage girl by a group of soldiers in the department of Risaralda was reported last week.
The events reopened the debate about the vulnerability of indigenous people and the actions of the army in conflict areas.
