China: Beijing confirms first US trade talks since Buenos Aires truce

Beijing is set to host governmental trade talks with the US representative on January 7 and 8, according to Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesman Lu Kang in a presser in Beijing on Friday. «US trade representative, [Jeffrey] Gerrish will lead the working team from the US to join the trade talks,» confirmed Lu Kang who said the meeting was fixed after a vice-ministerial level telephone...
