China: Baidu unveils dancing speaker that can read emotions

Tech giant Baidu which owns China's largest search engine introduced the world's first six-axis dancing speaker which responds to emotions in Beijing on Friday. Named after Raven R, the machine consists of a speaker base, a six-axis gimbal arm and a touch-sensitive LED screen. A combo of motors and software makes the R's display look at people when they speak to it or dance along to the music... Еще. The company said Raven R can do the same as devices from Google and Amazon including answering questions, playing music, ordering food, control home devices as well as download information from the company's search engine.
