A sit-in protest organized by Black Lives Matter activists was held in front of the Toronto police headquarters on Friday.
A section of College Street was taken over by hundreds of protesters chanting slogans like «No justice, no peace. Abolish the police.» Demonstrators also painted a massive inscription on the street reading «Defund the police».
