Brazil: Hundreds of graves dug for coronavirus victims in Sao Paulo's Vila Formosa cemetery

The largest burial ground in Latin America, Sao Paulo's Vila Formosa cemetery, is preparing for an increase in deaths related to the coronavirus outbreak in Brazil. According to data from the Brazilian Health Ministry, Sao Paulo is the most affected state with 26,158 cases of COVID-19 and 2,247 related deaths. In total, 81,329 cases and 5,628 deaths have been reported in the country to date.
