More than a thousand of people gathered on English Bay Beach in Vancouver, Monday, to brave the cold for the annual New Year’s Day Polar Bear Swim. Men, women, and children of all ages dressed in various costumes gathered on the beach to take a dip in the 7 degrees water. «This is my 43rd year at the Polar Bear Swim.
