Bolivians were seen casting ballots in the presidential election, La Paz, Sunday.
One of the voters, Juan Carlos Medinacelli, said, ''I expect that the elections are to be transparent with no fraud and that whoever is elected is to be chosen by the people.
The election is being held almost a year after the previous one, which failed and led to former-president Evo Morales' exile with the result being annulled. The main rivals now are Morales' ally, socialist Luis Arce, and centrist Carlos Mesa. If no clear winner is determined, the run-off is scheduled for November 28.
