Belgium: NATO, Montenegro emphasise 'dual-track approach to Russia'

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and Montenegro's new President-elect Milo Djukanovic highlighted aspects of what they called a «dual-track approach to Russia» in press conference from NATO's headquarters in Brussels on Monday. It was Djukanovic's first official visit and coincided with the first anniversary of the Balkan country's membership of the alliance. «Russia is our neighbour... Еще. Russia is here to stay and we are not aiming at isolating Russia,» Stoltenberg said. He emphasised the alliance's dedication towards building «a better relationship with Russia.» Djukanovic echoed the Secretary General's sentiment, adding that «we have to learn to deal with differences that will not jeopardise us.»
