Belgium: NATO chief says Russia is a 'strategic competitor'

Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO Gen Curtis M. Scaparrotti called Russia a ‘strategic competitor’ for NATO at a joint press conference from its headquarters in Brussels on Wednesday. Speaking alongside Gen. Petr Pavel and Gen.
