EU Foreign Affairs Chief Federica Mogherini met with the Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord (GNA) of Libya Fayez Al-Sarraj in Brussels on Monday, as EU foreign ministers gathered to discuss a number of issues which include the Libyan Civil War.
Monday's gathering would focus on «how the European Union and member states can help the United Nations to reconvene all different... Еще parties inside Libya for a political process and most importantly agree to a ceasefire to stop the fighting in the country,» said Mogherini.
Mogherini also touched down on the JCPOA, saying that she would meet the foreign ministers of France, Germany and the UK later during the day «to discuss how to best support, continue to support the full implementation of the deal of the nuclear deal with Iran.»

The Libyan National Army (LNA), which controls eastern Libya, is aiming to take over territory from the UN-backed Government of National Accord (GNA), including Tripoli. The country has been split between the two rival sides since 2014.
