Opponents of Brexit living in Brussels united to mourn the United Kingdom's imminent departure from the European Union on Thursday evening.
Expats attended a rally in Place Luxembourg, the headquarters of the European Parliament, before congregating in the Belgian capital's iconic Grand Place for the 'Rally to Remain'. The square was lit up in the colours of the UK to mark the event.
