European foreign ministers arrived in Brussels on Monday ahead of a European Council Foreign Affairs, with the EU's relationship with Turkey on top of the agenda.
«The relationship with Turkey is not especially good at the moment and I think it's going to be an interesting discussion in how to address this important issue,» said EU Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell.
Ministers will also be discussing issues related to Libya, Venezuela and Africa, Borrell added.
Borrell is also expected to update ministers on the result of the first meeting of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
In April, the European Council nominated Miroslav Lajcak as the EU Special Representative for the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo with the goal of ameliorating the relationship between Belgrade and Pristina.
German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas and Vice-President of the European Commission for Values and Transparency Vera Jourova were also seen arriving ahead of the meeting.
Jourova said that she will ask ministers to «start taking the issue of disinformation seriously enough.»
