Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro met with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk on Thursday, during a state visit to the Belarusian capital. The two leaders discussed topics venturing from trade and economic cooperation to the implementation of bilateral projects. The ceremony marked the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
