Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak led the opening of the closed OPEC session in Vienna on Friday, as OPEC and non-OPEC members convened to decide over whether to cut their oil outputs. Before the session, Novak met with his Saudi counterpart Khalid Al-Falih, who reportedly tried to convince Russia to cut their oil production. The first day of the conference ended without a resolution... Еще on the issue of oil production, despite an earlier decision by Saudi Arabia to cut 500,000 barrels from its production. The petroleum organisation and its allies announced oils cuts reaching 1.2 million barrels per day. OPEC’s share would be 800,000 barrels.
