Austria: OPEC committee recommends oil production cuts

Al-Rumhy stressed that no firm volumes have been agreed so far, with further details to emerge following Thursday's full OPEC meeting and talks involving Russia and nine other non-OPEC members on Friday. He indicated that there is a consensus among OPEC and non-OPEC members for the cut, however Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak has yet to comment on the organisation's plans.
