Austria: Lavrov calls for Ukraine progress at OSCE meeting Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has called for progress to be made with other OSCE member states in resolving conflict with Ukraine, during his council meeting speech in Vienna on Thursday. Lavrov said: «Only by joining forces based on the principles of parity and consensus, we can strengthen the organisation and achieve goals... Еще, which have been agreed upon at the Astana summit, to move forward towards the formation of a free, democratic and integral safe community, from Vancouver to Vladivostok.» The Russian FM also called on the OSCE members to ramp up cyber-security measures in a bid to ensure internet safety following US allegations of Russian involvement in the 2016 US Presidential elections.
