Austria: Chinese diplomat says Iran will 'remain' in nuclear deal

Еще Cong, Director General of the Chinese Foreign Ministry's Department of Arms Control. He also announced that the INSTAX system, a mechanism aimed at upholding trade with Iran despite US sanctions, had been «operationalised.» Tensions have been escalating since Iran announced in May that it was partially withdrawing from the JCPOA, also known as the Iran nuclear deal, after the US unilaterally left the agreement in 2018, and imposed new sanctions on Iran.
