Argentina: Senate rejects 14-week abortion bill in narrow 38:31 vote

Argentine lawmakers narrowly rejected a bill which would permit abortion in the first 14 weeks of pregnancy after debating through Tuesday night into the early hours of Wednesday in Buenos Aires.
