The G20 Trade and Investment Ministerial meeting in in the coastal city of Mar del Plata concluded with delegations demanding «reforms» within the World Trade Organisation, on Friday. «The fact that we are talking about the reform of the World Trade Organisation means that we all agree that we need to have an organisation that allows us to establish rules, which allows us to work within the... Еще framework of international trade,» said Argentinian Minister of Foreign Affairs Jorge Faurie in a presser summarising key points of debates in the ministerial meeting. The meeting was concluded with the signing of declaration calling «to keep markets open, address economic development and revitalise the international trading system,» marking it the second ministerial agreement to be reached by consensus in five years. Participants also attended a formal family photo on side-lines of the meeting. The ministerial meeting which took place in Mar del Plata is one of the many meetings hosted by Argentina in preparation of G20 Leaders' Summit taking place in Buenos Aires from November 30 to December 1.
