Argentina: Fernandez accuses Macri of manipulating Senate primary vote count

Former Argentinian President and candidate for the Senate Cristina Fernandez accused the current Argentinian President Mauricio Macri of manipulating the count in the Senate primary race, in La Plata, on Wednesday, after it took seventeen days for the final results to be released. Citizen's Unity Party's leader Fernandez stated, «This is the first time that the person who won the provisional... Еще count did not win the definitive count.» The Former President narrowly won by 20,234 votes the primary race in Buenos Aires province, receiving 33.95 percent of the vote. Her rival Macri's administrations former Minister of Education Esteban Bullrich attained 33.74 percent. The election will take place on 22 October.
