A handful of people spent hours outside the Sheraton Hotel in Buenos Aires on Thursday, waiting to welcome Chinese President Xi Jinping, who arrived in town for the G20 Summit. The G20 Summit is being held in Buenos Aires and will run from Friday, November 30 until Saturday, December 1. Nineteen leaders of the world's biggest economies and a representative of the European Union will meet to discuss a range of issues, including multilateralism, trade and climate change.
