Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama travelled to the city of Durres as the demolition the buildings most-hit by the recent 6.4-magnitude earthquake began on Sunday.
Footage shows excavators tearing down buildings which collapsed or were heavily damaged, as well as Rama arriving to one of the sites.
«There are houses which look like a bomb has been dropped on them, and we will demolish those houses... Еще. But there are a lot of others which can be repaired. So this is why you [Rama's staff] should not miss every single opportunity to tell people that it doesn't matter if their wall has a crack, or what kind of wall it is [we will fix it],» said Rama
The Prime Minister also thanked foreign crews who were sent to Albania to help out with the rescue operation and the demolition.
