Еще saw many boys there, at that time the second bomb exploded,» said Elyas, a 12 years old boy who was wounded in the attack. An hour earlier, another bomb exploded outside Biba Hawa girls' school in nearby Behsood district. No group has claimed the attacks yet, however the area of Jalalabad is believed to have strong presence of Taliban and Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) militias.
