Her sister and a couple of friends are even helping out on weekends. Getting your hands on one of the bulldogs seems a tricky prospect. Locals and tourists alike are flocking to catch a taste of canine chocolate. Indeed, there is a queue outside the shop nearly every day, before it opens for business. Pastry chef Chen grew up with dogs and was inspired to create the infamous chocolate mousse cake out of frustration with her landlord, who forbid her from keeping pets. As an alternative she chose to 'raise' her own bulldog. Given her current success, Chen is now working on designing a French Bulldog mousse cake.
